The analytical backbone — eight tables the pipeline reads instead of hardcoding rules, plus an evidence & configuration layer (Source · Evidence · Variable-Ontology · Family · Dataset-Binding registers). Entity-relationship diagram, field-level spec, and two draft-0 worked examples (Agroforestry · Water Harvesting & Conservation) with CSV + JSON for every table. Structure frozen and machine-validated. The template every NbS recipe follows.
